Toned Arms Challenge (4th Week)

Happy Sunday!

We hope you are enjoying your Sunday. A couple of updates...

  1. Congratulations on completing your 3nd week of this challenge.
  2. We have updated the challenge for the week. The workout stays the same. However, the frequency has been altered to help you build the strength and endurance.
  3. We encourage new comers to come and join us even though we are in our third week of this challenge. Better late than never; just reduce the frequency but do try doing it. Any start is a good start with these challenges.
