We hope you and your family are safe and you together are coping well with the outgrowing situation. Though it is not motivating we should all keep doing our part; staying at home and maintaining social distancing.
We stopped posting, thinking that we might be adding noise to the already noisy atmosphere with COVID-19 news & guidelines. Then a dear friend suggested that we should keep doing our part to the best of our capacity. He liked the previous posts as it motivated him to think differently and channel his efforts in a different direction. Being motivated by his feedback we’re starting again to share some very basic but powerful ideas with you.
We have tested personally for years, the three spice, that will help you enhance your immunity, relax, and nourish your mind; Haldi (turmeric powder), Saunth (dry ginger powder), and Cinnamon (we all know about it).
