Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups ice cubes
- 1 pear, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Preperation: (Makes 2 Servings)
1. Combine ice, pear, apple juice, avocado, mint and lime juice in blender; blend until smooth.
2. Pour into two glasses and top it with 2 tablespoon apple juice.
3. You may garnish it with a mint leaf.
