Ingredients: – 1.5 cups ice cubes – 1 pear, peeled and cubed – 1 cup apple juice – 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted – 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves – 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Preperation: (Makes 2 Servings) 1. Combine ice, pear, apple juice, avocado, mint and lime juice in blender; blend until smooth. 2. Pour into two glasses and top it with 2 tablespoon apple juice. 3. You may garnish it with a mint leaf.
