Ingredients: – 2 cups frozen blue berries – 1 cup milk – 1 cup Vanilla frozen yogurt – 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted – 1/2 cup ice cubes – 1 tablespoon sweet syrup (on not, if you prefer not to) – 2 spring fresh lavender – 2 table-spoon of Whey-Protein (to substitute this as a meal – otherwise avoid it)
Preperation: (Makes 4 Servings) 1. Add blueberries, milk, frozen yogurt, avocado, ice, sweet syrup and lavender in blender; blend until smooth. 2. Pour into four glasses 3. You may garnish it with some fresh herb and whip-cream (Caution weight watchers)
