Tangy Tomato Basil

Ingredients:
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 spring fresh basil
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 lemon, pealed


Preperation:
(Makes 2 Servings)
1. Juice tomatoes, spinach, basil and lemon. Stir
2. You may garnish it with a piece of celery
