Arthritis Tonic

Ingredients:
- 4 spear asparagus
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 green apple
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup fresh parsley


Preperation:
(Makes 2 Servings)
1. Juice asparagus, celery, apple, broccoli and parsley. Stir
2. You may garnish it with a pinch of black pepper
