Anti-Stress Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen blue berries
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup Vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon sweet syrup (on not, if you prefer not to)
- 2 spring fresh lavender
- 2 table-spoon of Whey-Protein (to substitute this as a meal - otherwise avoid it)

Preperation: (Makes 4 Servings)
1. Add blueberries, milk, frozen yogurt, avocado, ice, sweet syrup and lavender in blender; blend until smooth.
2. Pour into four glasses
3. You may garnish it with some fresh herb and whip-cream (Caution weight watchers)
